 2010 Blue Ribbon Campaign

Each year the Hampton Child Protection Team (HCPT) distributes Blue Ribbons to interested individuals to promote the awareness of and advocating for the prevention of child abuse and neglect in the city of Hampton. The blue ribbons are being prepared by Healthy Start this year.
